About

"Growing up in Italy, I was surrounded by beautiful, delicious cooking. This gave me a unique perspective and instilled in me a lifelong passion for fresh, flavorful food. My kitchen is my lab; I spend much of my time researching new products and techniques and developing recipes to excite and educate my clients about new flavors."

-Deborah Quinci

Deborah Quinci and business partner, Connie Klema, opened Quinci Emporium in the heart of the Short North (downtown Columbus area) in March 2016. Initially, the store opened with table top items and wares. Phase two introduced the community to a new wine section, fresh cheeses and cured meats, imported foods, and a new kitchen for hands-on cooking classes. In July 2017, construction began on a larger commercial kitchen. In November, the kitchen opened and introduced fresh baked breads, sweets, torts, soups, and salads.
