Transform colorful Swiss chards and creamy ricotta cheese into pretty pasta spirals in tonight's hands-on Italian cooking class. We'll spread, roll and cut the vivid green filling inside fresh herb pasta sheets to create beautiful ricotta rotolo spirals. Plated atop a decadent fonduta sauce of melted parmigiano-reggiano.
