Revel in the contrast of crisp peas and salty prosciutto in this spring-inspired Paglia e Fieno pasta cooking class tonight. We'll shape this Emilia-Romagna pasta specialty by hand, mixing and rolling spinach and egg doughs together to create "straw and hay". We'll toss the whimsical green and yellow noodles with fresh sweet peas and cured ham bits for pops of flavor and texture in every bite.
