02/29/2024 Cooking Class Hands On: Malloreddus, Alla Campidanese, Sausage Tomato Ragu

Learn to shape Sardinian malloreddus pasta and braise it in a sausage tomato sauce in this cooking class. We’ll form the small, ribbed dumpling shapes typical of the island and toss them with Italian sausages cooked low and slow in a herb infused tomato sauce. Dusting with aged pecorino cheese pulls this malloreddus ragu together.
