Master the art of stuffed pasta by carefully shaping little cappelletti "hats" filled with herb goat cheese and prosciutto in tonight's class. We'll learn to thinly roll and cut pasta dough then fill and seal in the savory stuffing so each tender cappelletto bursts with flavor when cooked.
