Authentic Italian almond cookies also known as soft amaretti, crispy in the outside and soft and chewy inside.

Brown butter shortbread cookies, rich and delicious. This shortbread cookies is made with brown butter which gives them a subtle nutty flavor.

Buccellati (cuccidati in Sicilian), Buccellati originatedin Sicily. Traditionally are served at Christmas time, the outside of the cookie is a pastry dough similar to pasta frolla. The filling is a combination of figs, honey, spices and orange.

We will serve a light lunch during the class, with wine of course.
