Mushrooms and Prosciutto Vincisgrassi

This pasta dish similar to Lasagne is one of the gastronomic emblems of the Marche region. The meat sauce called ragu is made with a variety of meats that is coarsely chopped and mixed with cloves, celery, onion, carrot,  tomatoes white wine and besciamella and nutmeg.
