Taglierini are long noodles like ribbons. Originally from northern Italy - Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Tuscany and Lombardy - but above all from Piedmont and the Langhe hills around Alba
Served with a spicy arrabiata and with the addition of Calabrian sausage of Nduja, and combined with the salty flavors of the sea.
