Scaccia is a traditional Sicilian dish made with thin layers of dough filled with caciocavallo cheese, tomato sauce, and  with a  variety of ingredients. Then folded and baked until crispy outside, but tender warm and delicious inside. 

We will also make my favorite crackers, Lingue di Suocera. Long crispy, olive oil crackers with rosemary.
