  • Arrive in Bologna by 11 am
  • Check into bed and breakfast in Morro d’alba
  • Wine tasting and finger food at Azienda Fattoria Mancini in Pesaro on top of the hills overlooking the Adriatic sea



  • Head to Piobbico for a cooking class and lunch with Roberto Dormicchi, acclaimed chef in Marche
  • Visit Urbino with cicerone Don Fabio, local Priest
  • Visit to Cau & Spada for a for a lesson in cheese making and tasting with wine from Azienda Vinicola Guerrieri


  • Visit Grotte di Frasassi, a cave system in Genga
  • Lunch and wine tasting at Sparapani in Cupramontana
  • Dinner and tasting at Azienda Stefano Mancinelli with 13 different kind of EVOO, wine, and liquors.


  • Visit Bonci Winery, taste verdicchio with owner Valentina Bonci, and, if conditions allow, participate in the harvest
  • Lunch on Lake Castriccioni
  • More tasting at Vignamato in San Paolo
  • Dinner on the Chalet Beach on the Adriatic sea


  • Transfer to new bed and breakfast in Modena
  • Tasting at Acetaia di Modena
  • Enjoy the city of Modena
  • Dinner at local restaurant


  • Transfer to airport and back to the USA
