Pappa Al Pomodoro 

Pappa al Pomodoro is one of the most traditional Tuscan soup. easy, but it needs prime ingredients. Chunky tomatoes sauce and Tuscan bread is cook along with the best extra virgin olive oil, sweet basil leaves.


Ribollita It's made with a lots of vegetables, cannellini beans, and Tuscan kale.The first day it's made, it's more of a soup (and then when reheated the next day it becomes ribollita (reboiled )

Can be adapted for Vegetarians and Vegan
