07/14 Cooking Class : Striped Caramelle

 Striped caramelle, sweet potato, goat cheese and herbed pesto.

Caramelle means candies in Italian, the  pasta that we will make are small filled pasta with the two ends twisted like a candy wrapped in cellophane. We will  make the caramelle extra fun by adding  stripes of different color  dough.
