Salt Crusted fish is an aromatic course that involves baking the fish in a flavorful shell made from a mixture of egg whites, salt, and herbs and baked in the oven. Salt baking is one of the oldest and healthiest methods of cooking food. we will make a broccolini salad and a delicious peperonata.
