03/15 Cooking Class: Sicilian Handmade Maccheroni with Eggplant Pistachio and Prawns

Maccheroni al ferro is homemade pasta rolled on a "ferro", an iron knitting needle. Tipical of the Ragusano area will be served with a delicious eggplant, shrimps and pistachio pesto.
