Make your own individual stuffed conchiglioni. Conchiglioni are large ridged pasta shells they are perfect for stuffing. In this recipe we will use a meat stuffing and finish with a creamy bechamelle and parmigiano.  Also in this class I'm going to teach you how to make my favorite tart ,torta Della Nonna. A traditional Italian custard tart made up of two short crust pastry shell filled with lemon infused pastry cream and topped with pine nuts.
